AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 67 (S-
1193, C-1258), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Sixty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-five Dollars
($69,375.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Ten Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-five
Dollars ($10,625.00).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 67 (S-1193, C-1258), in the City of
Glendale, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
