AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Sixty-four
Thousand Dollars ($264,000.00) from the Fee Fee Extension and
Improvement Account to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Bruno-Canter Way (FF-l)
Sanitary Relief Sewer (85109), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Two Hundred Forty-three Thousand Five Hundred Nine and
80/100 Dollars ($243,509.80), and the cost of inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Ninety
and 20/100 Dollars ($20,490.20), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty-four
Thousand Dollars ($264,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Extension and Improvement Account to be used for project costs
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Bruno-Canter Way (FF-l)
Sanitary Relief Sewer (85109), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
