AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($16,200.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of the Wellston Area to be used for
project costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Maintenance Repairs No. 66 (86060), in the City of Wellston,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-three Dollars
($13,583.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs and allowance for
construction change orders is Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventeen
Dollars ($2,617.00).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred
Dollars ($16,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the Wellston Area
to be used for project costs for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Maintenance Repairs No. 66 (86060), in the City of
Wellston, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
