AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for additional engineering services for the final
design of Fannie Avenue Lift Station Sewer Project, Contract E-
504.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5957, adopted March 27, 1985,
provided the initial funding for said engineering services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund for additional engineering services for the final
design of Fannie Avenue Lift Station Sewer Project, Contract E-
504.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
