AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-three Thousand
Dollars ($33,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No. 449 (Meramec
River Basin) for engineering services for the final design of
Forest View Wastewater Treatment Plant Sanitary Force Main Project
Contract E-623.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-three Thousand Dollars
($33.000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Subdistrict No.
449 (Meramec River Basin) for engineering services for the final
design of Forest View Wastewater Treatment Plant Sanitary Force
Main Project, Contract E-623.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 5, 1986.
