AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 3 of Gibbs Subdivision, in the City of Fenton, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the sewer easement
described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 3; thence South 36 degrees 41 minutes East along Easterly property line a distance of eight and 10/100 feet (8.10') to a point; thence South 80 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of one hundred ninety-eight and 10/100 feet (198.10') to a point; thence North 78 degrees 00 minutes 02 seconds East a distance of one hundred ninety-four and 57/100 feet (194.57') to the point of beginning, as recorded in Book 7832, Pages 1733 and 1734 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 19, 1986.
