HomeMy Public PortalAbout06857 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6857 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in Section 22, Township 44 North Range 5 East in the City of Fenton, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of a sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Three parcels of land located in Section 22, Township 44 North, Range 5 East in the City of Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri. Parcel 1 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7832, Pages 1717 and 1718 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7832, Pages 1715 and 1716 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 3 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7832, Pages 1719 and 1720 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at the Southwest corner of aforementioned sewer easement; thence North 20 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds West along the Northerly line of said easement a distance of ten and 78/100 feet (10.78') to an angle point in the easement; thence North 5 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West along said easement a distance of one hundred twenty-seven and 26/100 feet (127.26') to the Northwest corner of said easement; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes East along the northerly line of a parcel now or formerly owned by Faith Christian Ministries Church a distance of ten and 01/100 feet (10.01') to the Northeast corner of said easement; thence South 5 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds East along the Easterly line of said easement a distance of one hundred twenty-six and 57/100 feet (126.57') to an angle point in said easement; thence South 20 degrees 54 minutes 23 seconds East along the easement a distance of five and 44/100 feet (5.44') to a point on the Northerly line of an easement recorded in Book 7909, Page 1390; thence South 7 degrees 08 minutes 06 seconds East along just-mentioned easement a distance of five and 72/100 feet (5.72') to the Southerly line of the previously mentioned Faith Christian Ministries Church; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes West along said Southerly line a distance of eight and 78/100 feet (8.78') to the point of beginning. 2 Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Northeast corner of a parcel of land recorded in Book 7363, Page 442 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 0 degrees 03 minutes East along the Eastern boundary of said parcel a distance of two hundred twenty-six and 90/100 feet (226.90') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes West a distance of three hundred three and 04/100 feet (303.04') to the centerline of a ten foot (10') wide easement to be vacated; thence North 5 degrees 42 minutes 25 seconds West along the centerline of said easement a distance of two hundred twenty-seven and 98/100 feet (227.98') to a point on the Northerly line of aforementioned parcel, said point bearing South 89 degrees 32 minutes West a distance of three hundred twenty-five and 51/100 feet (325.51') from the point of commencement. The entire easement, five (5') on either side of the centerline is to be vacated. Parcel 3 - Beginning at the Southwest corner of aforementioned sewer easement; thence North 2 degrees 57 minutes 02 seconds East along Westerly line of said easement seventy-eight and 81/100 feet (78.81') to the Northwest corner of said easement; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes East along the Northerly line of a parcel now or formerly owned by Faith Christian Ministries Church a distance of six and 79/100 feet (6.79') to a point; thence South 7 degrees 07 minutes 59 seconds West along the Northerly line of a sewer easement recorded in Book 7909, Page 1390 of the St. Louis County Records a distance of seventy-eight and 93/100 Feet (78.93') to a point; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes West along the Southerly line of the previously mentioned Faith Christian Ministries Church Parcel a distance of five and 73/100 feet (5.73') to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 19, 1986.
