AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($915,000.00) from the
Emergency Fund for emergency sewer repairs and engineering of the
Bremen Street Sewer and the East Prairie Avenue Sewer in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, this appropriation will make the total amount
of funds appropriated for the Bremen Street Sewer and the East
Prairie Avenue Sewer One Million Six Hundred Sixty-five Thousand
Dollars ($1,665,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifteen Thousand
Dollars ($915,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Emergency
Fund for emergency sewer repairs and engineering of the Bremen
Street Sewer and the East Prairie Avenue Sewer in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 19, 1986.
