AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($42,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to be used for project costs for
the construction of a grouted rock blanket in Maintenance Repairs
No. 58 (Parkcrest Drive No. 3748) 85118, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said grouted
rock blanket is Thirty-five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-two and
50/100 Dollars ($35,622.50), and the cost of engineering,
inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs and
allowance for construction change orders is Six Thousand Three
Hundred Seventy-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($6,377.50).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-two Thousand Dollars
($42,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to
be used for project costs for the construction of a grouted rock
blanket in Maintenance Repairs No. 58 (Parkcrest Drive No. 3748)
85118, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 19, 1986.
