AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of a grouted rock blanket in Maintenance
Repairs No. 58 (Parkcrest Drive No. 3748) 85118, in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a grouted rock blanket
in Maintenance Repairs No. 58 (Parkcrest Drive No. 3748) 85118, in
St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 23rd
day of October, 1986, and formally executed on the 4th day of
November, 1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
