AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lot 5 of Oakwood Forest Addition, Township 43 North, Range 6 East,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of
sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Oakwood Forest Addition as recorded in Plat Book 215, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in said Plat Book 215, Page 57. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Book 7808, Page 1934 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the Western corner of said Oakwood Forest Addition and said Lot 5; thence South 46 degrees 25 minutes East a distance of thirty and 00/100 feet (30.0') to a point; thence South 42 degrees 28 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of five and 52/100 feet (5.52') to a point; thence North 83 degrees 10 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of one hundred forty-six and 38/100 feet (146.38') to a point; thence North 45 degrees 30 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of six and 32/100 feet (6.32') to the true point of beginning, the centerline of said ten foot (10') wide easement herein described; thence North 45 degrees 30 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of eighty-seven and 51/100 feet (87.51') to the Northeastern lot line of Lot 5 the termination of said ten foot (10') wide easement. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Western corner of said Oakwood Forest Addition and said Lot 5; thence South 46 degrees 25 minutes East a distance of thirty feet and 00/100 feet (30.00') to a point; thence South 42 degrees 28 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of five and 52/100 feet (5.52') to a point; thence North 83 degrees 10 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of one hundred forty-six and 38/100 feet (146.38') to a point; thence North 69 degrees 40 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of five and 14/100 feet (5.14') to the true point of beginning, the centerline of said ten foot (10') wide easement herein described; thence along said centerline North
69 degrees 40 minutes 49 seconds East a distance of fifty-nine and 86/100 (59.86') to a point; thence North 12 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of forty-five and 00/100 feet (45.00') to the termination of said ten foot (10') wide easement. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 5, 1986.
