AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($72,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek
Sewer Revenue Fund for additional engineering services for the
design of Coldwater Creek Expansion and Improvements, Contract E-
544.
WHEREAS, Ordinance, No. 6163, adopted August 14, 1985,
provided the initial funding for said engineering services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-two Thousand Dollars
($72,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for additional engineering services for the design of
Coldwater Creek Expansion and Improvements, Contract E-544.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 5, 1986.
