AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-544 with Horner
& Shifrin, Inc. for additional engineering services for the design
of Coldwater Creek Expansion and Improvements.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.6164, adopted August 14, 1985,
authorized entering into said contract for engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-544 with Horner & Shifrin, Inc. for additional
engineering services for the design of Coldwater Creek Expansion
and Improvements.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 5, 1986.
