AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for additional engineering services for
the final design of Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-522.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6043, adopted May 8, 1985,
provided the initial funding for said engineering services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($4,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater
Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for engineering services for the final
design of Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-522.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 5, 1986.
