AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-522 with Colton/
Lester Corporation for additional engineering services for the
final design of Wabash and Jackson Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6044, adopted May 8, 1985,
authorized entering into said contract for engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-522 with Colton/Lester Corporation for additional
engineering services for the final design of Wabash and Jackson
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 5, 1986.
