AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Million Six Hundred
Ten Thousand Dollars ($3,610,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation
System Pumping Station Modifications No. 1 (BP-01), in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is Three Million Four Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($3,426,600.00), and the cost of providing electrical
service, construction application cost and allowance for
construction change orders is One Hundred Eighty-three Thousand
Four Hundred Dollars ($183,400.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the fund from which this
appropriation is made sufficient to pay the obligation incurred
herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Million Six Hundred Ten
Thousand Dollars ($3,610,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow
Regulation System Pumping Station Modifications No. 1 (BP-01), in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 17, 1986.
