AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Dollars ($352,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Construction Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of the Bissell Point East Prairie Avenue Extension
(BP-2), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said project
is Three Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three
Dollars and Thirty-three cents ($333,333.33), and the cost of
printing plans and specifications, construction application cost,
and allowance for construction change orders is Eighteen Thousand
Six Hundred Sixty-six Dollars and Sixty-seven cents ($18,666.67),
and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the fund from which this
appropriation is made sufficient to pay the obligation incurred
herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifty-two
Thousand Dollars ($352,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Construction Fund to be used for project costs
for the construction of the Bissell Point East Prairie Avenue
Extension (BP-2), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.

Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 17, 1986.
