WHEREAS, the Zoning Officer has imposed upon St. Demetrius Ukrainian
Orthodox Church a fine in the amount of $1000.00 for alleged zoning
offenses; and
WItI~REAS, it is the position of the Mayor and Council that the alleged
violations are De Minims in nature and not in the best interests of the
people of Carteret;
NOW, RItERI~X)RE, BE IT RESOLV~I) that the Mayor and Council hereby recommends
to the Zoning Official that the aforementioned fines be dismissed:
Adopted this 7th day of November, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 8, 1996.
