AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 35 of Woodridge Trails Plat 2, a subdivision in the City of
Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portion of
said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: The western two (2) feet of a ten (10) foot easement along the East property line of Lot 35 of Woodridge Trails, Plat 2, from a point fifteen (15) feet South of the North property line to a point fifteen (15) feet North of the South corner of said Lot 35 which lies in Woodridge Trails, Plat 2, a subdivision in the City of Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri and recorded in Book 225, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
