AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-three Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-six and 98/100 Dollars ($93,666.98) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to reimburse the City of St. Ann, Missouri for
funds expended by said City for the Theresa Drive stormwater
project.
WHEREAS, the funds herein appropriated represent the
District's share of the project cost and the State of Missouri's
share of the project cost, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri provided Forty-six
Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three and 49/100 Dollars
($46,833.49) toward the project cost, and these funds have been
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
stormwater program, and
WHEREAS, the District's share of the project will be
Forty-six Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-three and 49/100 Dollars
($46,833.49), and
WHEREAS, after reimbursement, the City of St. Ann,
Missouri's share of the project will be Forty-six Thousand Eight
Hundred Thirty-three and 49/100 Dollars ($46,833.49), and
WHEREAS, the total project cost for the Theresa Drive
stormwater project is One Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred and
47/100 Dollars ($140,500.47), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-three Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-six and 98/100 Dollars ($93,666.98) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to reimburse the City of St.
Ann, Missouri for funds expended by said City for the Theresa
Drive stormwater project.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
