AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Metro Gardens,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Trenton Creek Storm
Sewer Phases II & III (S-1894, C-1267), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Metro Gardens, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Trenton
Creek Storm Sewer Phases II & III (S-1894, C-1267), in the City of
Overland, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of
November, 1986, and formally executed on the 2nd day of December,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
