AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Holly
No. 112 (S-2413, C-1268), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Holly No. 112 (S-2413, C-1268), in the City of Webster Groves,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 20th day of November, 1986, and
formally executed on the 2nd day of December, 1986, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
