AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company, for the construction of a gabion wall at
Upper Barnes No. 9 & 10 (85038), in the City of Ladue, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall
at Upper Barnes No. 9 & 10 (85038), in the City of Ladue,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 7th day of November,
1986, and formally executed on the 2nd day of December, 1986, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
