AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Fourteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account for engineering services for the
final design of St. Joseph and New Florissant Sanitary Relief
Sewer Project, Contract E-626.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($14,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Account for
engineering services for the final design of St. Joseph and New
Florissant Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-626.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
