AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Account for engineering services for the
final design of Retford Drive Sanitary Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-627.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($13,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and Improvement Account for
engineering services for the final design of Retford Drive
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-627.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
