AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment to Contract E-561 with Booker
Associates, Inc. for additional engineering services for the final
design of Meramec Bottoms Interceptor Sewer Project.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6355, adopted January 22, 1986,
authorized entering into said contract for engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment to
Contract E-561 with Booker Associates, Inc. for additional
engineering services for the final design of Meramec Bottoms
Interceptor Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
