AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 46 of Chapparal Park West Plat Two in the City of Ballwin, St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace
the subject easement and the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifteen foot (15') wide sewer
easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the South right-of-way line of Roland Avenue fifty feet (50') wide, said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot 46 of Chapparal Park West Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 156, Pages 54 and 55 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East along said South right-of-way line of Roland Avenue, a distance of 5.75 feet to a point; thence South 0 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 10.0 feet to a point being the Principal Place of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 15.0 feet; thence South 0 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 102.40 feet to a point on the North line of a 10 foot (10') wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 3613, Page 313 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 88 degrees 51 minutes West along the North line of said easement, a distance of 15.0 feet to a point; thence North 0 degrees 56 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 102.40 feet to a point being the Principal Place of beginning, as recorded in Book 4715, Page 390 of the St. Louis County, Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
