AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 89 of Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat Five and Lot 90
of Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat Six, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Green Trails Country Club Ground Plats Five and Six. Parcel 1 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat 5, Lot 89 as recorded in Plat Book 238, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement in Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat Six, Lot 90 as recorded in Plat Book 244, Page 63 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 89; thence along the South line of said Lot 89 North 74 degrees 17 minutes 52 seconds West 62.57 feet to a point; thence leaving said South line of Lot 89 North 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds West 5.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 74 degrees 17 minutes 52 seconds West 10.63 feet to a point; thence North 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds West 25.92 feet to a point; thence North 22 degrees 31 minutes 55 seconds West 62.07 feet to a point; thence North 5 degrees 49 minutes 01 second West 34.77 feet to a point; thence South 22 degrees 31 minutes 55 seconds East 96.98 feet to a point; thence South 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds East 31.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Book 7308, Page 994 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 2 - Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 90; thence along the North line of said Lot 90 North 74 degrees 17 minutes 52 seconds West 62.57 feet to a point; thence leaving said North line of Lot 90 South 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds East 5.32 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds East 102.98 feet to a point; thence North 38 degrees 02 minutes 55
seconds West 1.50 feet to a point; thence North 37 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West 16.62 feet to a point; thence North 4 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds West 91.49 feet to a point; thence South 74 degrees 17 minutes 52 seconds East 10.63 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Book 7308, Page 994 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 28, 1987.
