AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Abston Drive - West Harvey Drive (S-1872, C-1270), in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in Abston Drive - West Harvey Drive (S-1872, C-1270), in the City
of Ferguson, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 1st day of
December, 1986, and formally executed on the 16th day of December,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
