AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in U. S. Surveys
2968 and 3118 in Township 43 North, Range 6 East, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District suitable alternate easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following ten foot (10') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing for reference at the Northwest corner of "Lake of the Woods Amended Plat IV", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 184, Pages 10 and 11 of the St. Louis County Land Records, also being a Southwest corner of "Hunters Ridge Plat II", a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 131, Page 21 of said land records; thence along the West line of Hunters Ridge Plat II North 23 degrees 06 minutes 02 seconds East for a distance of 187.20 feet; thence North 66 degrees 41 minutes 07 seconds West for a distance of 319.76 feet along the North line of Hunters Ridge Plat II to a point, said point being Southerly distant 22.70 feet and bears South 66 degrees 41 minutes 07 seconds East from the most Westerly corner of Hunters Ridge Plat II; thence departing the Northwest line of said plat North 23 degrees 18 minutes 53 seconds East for a distance of 5.03 feet to the true point of beginning a point on the South line of the 10 foot (10') wide Fee Fee Trunk Sewer Inc., easement to be vacated, said easement recorded in Deed Book 6976, Page 736 of said land records; thence crossing said easement North 43 degrees 12 minutes 08 seconds East for a distance of 77.95 feet; thence along the North line of said easement North 50 degrees 32 minutes 31 seconds East for a distance of 84.47 feet; thence along the North line of said easement North 75 degrees 31 minutes 58 seconds East for a distance of 130.51 feet; thence crossing said easement North 87 degrees 16 minutes 51 seconds East for a distance of 49.11 feet; thence along the South line of said easement South 75 degrees 31 minutes 58 seconds West for a distance of 176.38 feet; thence along the South line of said easement South 50 degrees 32 minutes 31 seconds West for a distance of 159.57 feet to the true point of beginning, as recorded in Deed Book 6976, Page 736 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
