AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund for engineering services for the final design of
Humes Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-633 (87011).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Extension and Improvement Fund for engineering services for the
final design of Humes Lane Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract
E-633 (87011).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
