AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra for engineering services for
the final design of LaVenta-LaSierra Phase V Storm Sewer Project,
Contract E-635 (86122).
WHEREAS, the City of Florissant, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) toward the costs of
said services; upon the receipt of such funds from said source,
said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra Phase V, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars
($18,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of LaVenta-LaSierra
for engineering services for the final design of LaVenta-LaSierra
Phase V Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-635 (86122).
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
