AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Gary & Roger
L. Link, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Brotherton
& Grove (S-1987, C-1271), in the City of Ferguson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Brotherton & Grove (S-1987, C-1271), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of December, 1986, and
formally executed on the 13th day of January, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:

is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
