AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Hampton Creek - West Bruno to Laclede Station Road (S-1975, C-
1272) in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in Hampton Creek - West Bruno to Laclede Station Road (S-1975, C-
1272), in the City of Richmond Heights, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 18th day of December, 1986, and formally
executed on the 13th day of January, 1987, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
