AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Berkel
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in North
Harrison #1035 (S-1835, C-1275), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Berkel Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in North
Harrison #1035 (S-1835, C-1275), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 15th day of December, 1986, and
formally executed on the 13th day of January, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
