AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Nine Hundred Dollars ($180,900.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of storm sewers in Atwater-N. Dellwood Storm Sewer (85101), in the
City of Dellwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is One Hundred Sixty-nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-
four and 80/100 Dollars ($169,334.80), and the cost of inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Eleven Thousand Five
Hundred Sixty-five and 20/100 Dollars ($11,565.20), and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($60,300.00) toward the total
costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said
source, said money will be returned to the Mississippi River
Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City of Dellwood, Missouri, pursuant to
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, has agreed to
contribute Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($60,300.00)
toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said source, said money will be returned to the
Mississippi River Operating Fund, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Nine Hundred Dollars ($180,900.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Mississippi River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for
the construction of storm sewers in Atwater-N. Dellwood Storm
Sewer (85101), in the City of Dellwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
