HomeMy Public PortalAbout06951 O R D I N A N C E NO. 6951 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot "A" in Block 7 of Ladue Wood, in the City of Ladue, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Northern line of Ladue Road, 60 feet wide, said point also being on the Western line of the Innerbelt Expressway (I-170) as described by Deed to St. Louis County, in Book 5591, Page 351; thence along said Western line of the Innerbelt, North 14 degrees 03 minutes 2 seconds West, a distance of 60.00 feet; thence North 80 degrees 37 minutes 51 seconds West, a distance of 58.53 feet; thence North 12 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds West, a distance of 79.87 feet to a point, said point also being on the South line of a 10 foot wide easement, conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, by deed recorded in Book 1451, Page 53 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said Southern easement line, South 70 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 16.69 feet to the Principal Place of beginning; thence along said Southern easement line, South 70 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 182.24 feet to a point on the East line of a 10 foot wide easement, conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 1451, Page 53, said point being 5 feet from the West line of Lot "A" described above; thence North 14 degrees 29 minutes West, a distance of 10.03 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 154.96 feet to a point on the South line of a 10 foot wide easement conveyed to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 7925, Page 2361 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said South easement line, South 88 degrees 25 minutes 12 seconds East, a distance of 28.29 feet to the Principal Place of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
