AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-five Thousand
Dollars ($25,000.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund for the
purchase of 20,000 cubic yards of dirt for the clean up of the
Sugar Creek Treatment Plant and Lagoon.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars
($25,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sugar Creek Operating
Fund for the purchase of 20,000 cubic yards of dirt for the clean
up of the Sugar Creek Treatment Plant and Lagoon.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
