AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with Roberts
Construction Company whereby the District will purchase from
Roberts Construction Company 20,000 cubic yards of dirt for the
clean up of the Sugar Creek Treatment Plant and Lagoon.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with Roberts Construction Company whereby the District will
purchase from Roberts Construction Company 20,000 cubic yards of
dirt for the clean up of the Sugar Creek Treatment Plant and
Lagoon.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One
of this Ordinance shall provide for a purchase price of Twenty-
five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) and such other terms and
conditions as are approved by the Legal Department of the
District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 11, 1987.
