AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of
land in Section 33, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, City of
Vinita Park, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easement and this
District has no further use for said subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
The sewer easement in a tract of land in Section 33, Township 46
North, Range 6 East, City of Vinita Park in St. Louis County,
Missouri as recorded in Book 7840, Pages 140 and 141 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1987.
