AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Topping Acres in the City of Town & County, St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, a new easement has been obtained to replace
the subject easement and the District has no further use for the
subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10') wide portion of a
sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence along the West line of Lot 1, South 01 degrees 53 minutes West a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence continuing along said lot line, South 01 degrees 53 minutes West a distance of 156.97 feet; thence North 19 degrees 02 minutes East a distance of 33.91 feet to a point 10 feet East of the West line of Lot 1; thence North 01 degrees 53 minutes East a distance of 124.89 feet to a point 10 feet South of the North line of Lot 1; thence on a line parallel with and 10 feet South of said North line, North 89 degrees 58 minutes West a distance of 10 feet to the point of beginning of said 10 foot (10') wide easement, said easement being recorded in Book 52, Page 28 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1987.
