AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers Construction, Inc.
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 496 (Prince-Princess) 86208,
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER
DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director to
Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the lowest responsible bidder for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Subdistrict No. 496 (Prince-Princess) 86208 in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 2nd day of February, 1987, and formally executed on the lOth day of
February, 1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1987.
