AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eighteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($18,300.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and
Improvement Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Fox Creek Estates (85058), in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said sanitary
sewers is Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety and 05/100
Dollars ($14,790.05), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges and
allowance for construction change orders is Three Thousand Five
Hundred Nine and 95/100 Dollars ($3,509.95), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eighteen Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($18,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee
Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for project
costs for the construction of sanitary sewers in Fox Creek Estates
(85058), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1987.
