AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Guthrie
No. 9535 (85165), in the City of Woodson Terrace, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Guthrie No. 9535 (85165), in the City of Woodson Terrace,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 30th day of January, 1987, and
formally executed on the 10th day of February, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
