AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. S. Alberici
Construction Co., Inc. for the construction of the Bissell Point
Final Clarifier Slurry Wall (BP-5A), in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. S. Alberici Construction Co., Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Bissell
Point Final Clarifier Slurry Wall (BP-5A), in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of February,
1987, and formally executed on the 24th day of February, 1987, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
