AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 6043 and
6444 of Earth City Plat 14, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 6444, which is also the northwest corner of Lot 6043, said lots being recorded in Earth City Plat 14 in Plat Book 197, Pages 28 through 31, of the St. Louis County, Missouri, records, and said lot corners being on the east right-of-way line of Green Ash Drive 26 feet wide as recorded in Earth City Plat 11, in Plat Book 187, Pages 58 through 60, of the St. Louis County, Missouri records; thence along the common line of said Lot 6444 and Lot 6043 South 67 degrees 55 minutes 58 seconds East, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 22 degrees 04 minutes 02 seconds East, 15.00 feet to a point; thence South 67 degrees 55 minutes 58 seconds East, 232.32 feet to a point; thence South 22 degrees 04 minutes 02 seconds West, 15.73 feet to a point; thence South 16 degrees 31 minutes 02 seconds West, 14.34 feet to a point; thence North 67 degrees 55 minutes 58 seconds West, 233.71 feet to a point; thence North 22 degrees 04 minutes 02 seconds East, 15.00 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 197, Pages 28, 29, 30 and 31 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
