AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Section 36,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in the City of Kirkwood, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement in Section 36, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, in
the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded
in Book 1477, Page 448 of the St. Louis County Records, that
lies within the property described in deed to Cornwall
Properties, Inc. as recorded in Book 5885, Page 468 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the South ten
feet (10') conveyed to the State of Missouri by deed recorded
in Book 2801, Page 152 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
