AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 3, 4 and
5 of Parkway, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Parkway a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 73, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 - Beginning at a point on the Northeastern line of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide, said point being the most Western corner of Lot 4 of "Parkway", as aforementioned; thence along the Northwestern line of said Lot 4 North 32 degrees 27 minutes East, 160 feet to the point of ending of the centerline of the herein described 15 foot (15') wide easement. Parcel 2 - Beginning at a point on the Northeastern line of Olive Street Road, 60 feet wide, said point being the most Southern corner of Lot 5 of "Parkway", as aforementioned; thence along the Eastern line of Lots 5 and 4 of said "Parkway" on a curve to the right having a radius of 2914.78 feet an arc distance of 580.11 feet (the chord bearing and length of which is North 11 degrees 50 minutes West, 579.18 feet) to the Northeastern corner of Lot 4 of said "Parkway"; thence along the Northeastern line of Lots 4 and 3 of said "Parkway" North 55 degrees 30 minutes West, 120.42 feet to a point in the Eastern line of Whispering Pines Drive, and being the point of ending of the herein described 15 foot (15') wide easement. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
