AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Seven
Hundred Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($8,737.50) from the Fee
Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to pay Sachs
Properties, Inc., a recoupment for sanitary sewer construction
costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment contract with the
District, dated June 24, 1986, as authorized by Ordinance No.
6223, adopted October 23, 1985.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred
Thirty-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($8,737.50) is hereby appropriated
from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and Improvement Account to pay
Sachs Properties, Inc., a recoupment for sanitary sewer
construction costs advanced by it pursuant to a recoupment
contract with the District, dated June 24, 1986, as authorized by
Ordinance No. 6223, adopted October 23, 1985.
Section Two. This Ordinance, being an appropriation
Ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
