AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R. V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Fountain
Creek/Calverton Park Storm Sewer Project (85137), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R. V. Wagner, Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Fountain
Creek/Calverton Park Storm Sewer Project (85137), in the City of
Florissant, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 9th day of
February, 1987, and formally executed on the 24th day of February,
1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
